Mom and Baby Yoga!



Now that your baby has arrived earthside take time to move, stretch, tone and celebrate the newest edition to your family!

Deepen your bond with your baby while healing you postpartum mind and body with Postnatal Yoga!  This yoga session gives you a calm yet vigorous way to strengthen and stretch your body while spending time having fun with your new baby. Come and meet a community of other parents and babies who come together to share stories, advice, and yoga!
Each class will consist of infant massage, breath and pelvic floor work, as well as physical postures for both mom and baby. Special attention is given to regaining core strength while at the same time allowing you a special time to be completely present with yourself and your baby.

Babywearing Yoga!

We have partnered with local Babywearing Educators to bring you this unique opportunity to keep your baby close while moving through your yoga practice!
Wearing your little one is an awesome way to be out in the world together!
This class provides a safe, peaceful place for you stretch, strengthen, and release tension while 
creating an optimal environment for your baby to learn about the world around them
 Experience a yoga class where you and your baby harmonize your breaths and heartbeats; both of you benefiting from the closeness of one another!
