About Me

Chelsea Dignean: Chelsea has had a love affair with yoga since 2001 and is very excited to have completed her RYT 200 certification through Namaskar Yoga Teacher Training with Kathleen Podiluk, E-RYT. Chelsea is also a practicing labour Doula (CAPPA) and Childbirth Educator (CAPPA), certified Yoga Birth Method Instructor and has attended prenatal yoga teacher training through Anahata Prenatal Yoga with Marina Locke. It is with a great respect for both yoga asanas and philosophy that Chelsea approaches the role of being a yoga instructor. Chelsea loves animals, reading, crafting, and being outside. Recently she has been teaching yoga to women in Saskatoon's inner city as well as at local studios and in Clavet SK. Chelsea recognizes the importance of creating a safe space where all are accepted and are able to learn and practice without expectations and judgment. She believes that Yoga is truly inclusive and should be adapted to fit each individual and offers a comfortable and supportive environment where each are encouraged to do what feels best for their individual body each day.
